Ever since I can remember, I have always loved shopping and fashion. I love high end designer looks, but my budget never matched up with my expensive taste. When I started college, I was your typical broke college girl. Drowning in student loans, working two jobs while going to school full time, and paying for that over priced college town apartment.. lets just say money was tight. That is when I started learning how to bargain shop! Over the years I have mastered affordable fashion and take pride in finding good deals. It always cracks me up when women are embarrassed to admit they bought something at a bargain store or found a super cute outfit for super cheap! Girl, don't be emarassed! Be proud of yourself! You look just as good as that girl next to you that paid wayyyy too much for something that she might wear twice. As I have mention on the blog before, I really don't like repeating outfits so it is hard for me to justify spending a fortune on something I might wear only once or twice.
LETS GET TO THE GOOD STUFF. - where I shop.
I always get shocked responses when people find out that Ross isn't only my favorite character on the show "Friends", but it is also my favorate store. Yes, Ross Dress for Less. Any cute jumpsuits that I have posted in, bet you I got it at Ross. Over 60% of the clothing I own is probably from Ross. I should be their spokes person. Not just clothing.. shoes, household items, you name it. Yes, it is a store where you have to dig through some junk to find the treasures, but I don't mind when the jumpsuit pictured above was $9.
Amongst my favorite stores for ballin' on a budget:
Ross Dress for Less
T.J. Maxx
SHEIN
Fashionnova
Forever 21
Zaful (swimwear)
