Egg White Bites

Do you love the Egg Bites from Starbucks? Well guess what. You can make them at home! Super easy, super yummy, and super healthy!


You can customize this recipe however you like to fit your diet and taste preferences!


Ingredients:

Liquid egg whites (or eggs if you prefer)

Deli style thin sliced turkey

Fresh baby spinach

Vegan mozarella

Non stick spray of your choice


Directions:

1. Spray a muffin pan with non stick spray.

2. Put a few spinach leaves in each cup.

3. Dice turkey and put in each cup.

4. Poor egg whites into each cup to fill it.

5. Sprinkle vegan cheese on top pf each.

6. Bake on 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes.

7. Enjoy now or let cool and store in refrigerator. When ready to eat, microwave approximately 1 minute and enjoy!


*note*: You can add to / substitute these ingredients with dairy cheese, turkey bacon, pork bacon, sausage, bell peppers, etc.
