Around 2013 I looked at my life and decided that I wanted to live BETTER and be healthier in all aspects. I began to spend time researching nutrition, fitness, and mind health, with the goal of total wellness. It was the start of a lifestyle that I love and enjoy to the fullest.

DON'T WAIT ANY LONGER!!!

Choose today to start being aware of your health and what you put into your body. You will never look back and regret taking care of yourself!


"But where do I start?"- baby steps!! Take one day at a time. Some small tips that I can offer would be:

- drink more water

- cut down your sugar intake

- avoid artificial sweeteners & chemicals

- use organic as much as possible

- exercise often, make fitness a priority

- make time for yourself

- set goals

- be aware of what you put into your body

- use essential oils

- take your vitamins

- be kind to yourself and to others
