Hi y'all! I am still recovering from the dream that was my first NYFW experience! Not only was it my first fashion week, but it was also my very first time in NYC! Lets just say I had a blast and never wanted it to end!

HIGHLIGHTS:
I will keep this short and sweet and share with y'all the highlights of my NYFW experience. Due to this trip being for fashion week, I did not get to do all of the "tourist-y" things that I would like to so I fully plan on going back soon to do that.
First highlight: the PIZZA. If I could have eaten pizza for every meal while I was there, I would have... followed by New York cheesecake. All of the food I had during our stay was delicious.
One of my absolute favorite memories was waking up at 5:00 a.m. to grab coffee and go to the Brooklyn Bridge before it got over crowded. The weather was so nice for a morning stroll on the bridge and the views were nothing short of breathtaking.
We stayed at the KimptonInk48 Hotel which featured a stunning rooftop lounge that we took full advantage of.
I loved experiencing the NYC subway system. I would say that during the day time hours, it was my favorite way to get around the city for sure.
Walking the streets just taking it all in, popping into places, and enjoying time getting to know other bloggers was so much fun. I loved getting to connect with others who share the same creative passions.
The fashion show experience was all that I hoped it would be. Paparazzi, flashing lights, crowds, lines, high fashion.. ALL THE THINGS. I just loved it.
NOTES:
My notes for my next fashion week trip would be: Make more appointments. Talk to more brands beforehand. Stay longer. Eat more pizza. Take more ibuprofen and essential oils with me.
